Your satisfaction is our priority.
If you are not happy with your purchase due to an actual defect or damage (which does not include natural imperfections e.g. the weave or print in the fabric or material) we will be happy to exchange the purchased item with a similar item subject to the following.
To be eligible for an exchange:
- your purchased product must be unused and in the original condition (unused, unwashed, unaltered, with tags attached) that you received it and in the original packaging. Any item not in its original condition or damaged not due to our error will not be eligible for any exchange.
- you duly notify/contact of your request for the exchange via email at email@example.com, marked "Exchange" with a picture of and description of the defect, before you return the item. We will then notify you of the approval or rejection of your request for an exchange. We may ask for additional information.
- our exchange policy lasts 7 days form the receipt of the purchased item and subject to Condition 2 above, you are required to send your purchased product to us within 7 days from first receipt of the purchased product at:

We require a receipt or proof of purchase and proof of the return of the product (e.g. proof of postage) within the 7 day period. For avoidance of doubt, in the event 7 days have lapsed since your receipt of the purchased product, we will not offer you an exchange.
This exchange policy does not extend to natural imperfections e.g. the weave or print in the fabric or material.
Please note that original shipping charges are non-refundable. You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item for the purposes of the exchange, if approved.
Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary.
If you are shipping an item over (or the equivalent of) RM150 (Malaysian Ringgit), you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
